Online payments

Great news, we are Cashless!
I am pleased to let you know that we use a parent portal – School Gateway. We are asking that all parent/carers pay for all school activities online.  The great news is that you will be able to manage all bookings for your child(ren) via the School Gateway smartphone app or website. You can also view and manage chargeable school clubs including Breakfast Club and homework club. We will also be requesting that you contribute towards trips and visitors via this system.  At the moment, these are the only things available to book online, however we may add further activities at a later date.


If you are using our Breakfast Club and/or Homework Club you will need to book and pay for your sessions using this system please. 

What you need to do now
Activate your School Gateway account. It’s quick and easy to do. All you need are your email address and mobile number that school holds on record for you.

Download the app
: If you have an Apple or Android supported smartphone, please download School Gateway from your app store (Apple App Store and Google Play). Once downloaded select ‘New User’, add your email address and mobile telephone number (that the school holds on record) and click ‘Send Pin’.  You will then receive a text with the pin number. The app enables you to pay for school items and book your child(ren) onto school clubs, PLUS you can view messages sent from school.

When installing the app, please ensure you say yes to allow push notifications, otherwise you will not receive notification of any new messages.

 

You can pay for items via credit or debit card as well as by Instant Bank Transfer. If you wish to make a payment on the app via Instant Bank Transfer you must first fill in an Instant Bank Transfer mandate on the School Gateway website (www.schoolgateway.com).

OR

Visit the website: www.schoolgateway.com and click on ‘New User’. You will receive a text message with a PIN number. Use this PIN to login to School Gateway. We will notify you by text or email when there are new items to pay for, or clubs to book onto.

Can’t activate your account?

If you are having trouble logging in, it may be because the school does not have your current email and mobile phone number on record. Please call the school office on 01202 659290 to update the details on our system.
