First Response Hub
The Children's Service First Response Hub provides the public and professionals with advice, information and support for children who are vulnerable and at risk.
Domestic Abuse Services
PDAP (Poole Domestic Abuse Project) which provides safe and confidential support for anyone experiencing domestic abuse and anyone seeking advice for someone else.
NCDV (National Centre for Domestic Violence)
Gives emotional and practical help to people who have been affected by crime in Dorset. They are an independent charity and can bed contacted for support regardless of whether you've contacted the police, and no matter how long ago the crime took place. They will help you for as long as it takes to overcome the impact of crime.
The ELSA website has resources which you can download to support your child at home with anxiety, emotions and social skills to name a few!
There is a small fee for some of the resources, but many of them are free.
Poole Food Bank vouchers are issued to families in need by providing food parcels and signposting on to further support. All of the food is donated by local churches, schools and individuals - tinned and dried food is provided to ensure easy storage. Please see your Pastoral Care Worker if you require a Food Bank Voucher.

Mosaic is a Dorset wide charity offering a pathway of support to bereaved children, young people and their families.
Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) teams are groups of Professionals who help children, young parents, parents and carers where there are mental health difficulties. A referral from your GP or school is required to access support (subject to certain criteria).

A charity providing support, information and activities for children and young people diagnosed as on the Autism Spectrum.
The Steps 2 Wellbeing service provides psychological talking therapy for adults aged 18+ such as depression, low mood, anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and stress. The service offers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, counselling and low intensity guided self-help.
If you are worried that someone has acted inappropriately towards your child or another child you may know or work with, you can report this. This may include things like sexualised chat, being asked to meet up, or being asked to do something that made the child feel uncomfortable. Any member of the public - whether a child, parent or professional - can report a concern about child sexual abuse or online exploitation to our CEOP safety centre.
The School Nursing Team can help parents with healthy eating, weight management, day/night time wetting, toileting, sleep, hearing, behaviour, emotional health, wellbeing and more via their text services. Please see below for more information:

Young people aged 11-19 can also seek advice for themselves from a School Nurse via the ‘ChatHealth 11-19’ text messaging service by texting their query to 07480635511. ‘ChatHealth 11-19’ runs from Monday to Friday from 08:30am until 4:30pm, excluding bank holidays and school holidays.
